Why did we start Indiana Conservatives?

Candidates at the state and national level receive endorsements from Right to Life, NRA and various organizations aligned with conservatives.

Candidates at the county level have significant impact on local social issues, such as boys in girls sports, boys in girls locker rooms, men in women's jail populations, gender discussions in elementary schools, schools providing therapeutic care and pharmaceuticals, transgender story time at the library, "green energy" developments and so much more!

When political parties are no longer defined by sound religious truth, the fight is no longer a political battle, but a battle for foundational societal truth - a spiritual battle.  Though Jesus is not on the ballot, we want to enhance the political standing of truth, decency, morals and ethics in society.

Our response is www.IndianaConservatives.com.

We exist to bring recognition to conservatives running for political office at the county level.  In 2026, this begins with an endorsement, a graphic and social links.  In 2027, we roll out our 2.0 for the municipal elections!

Principled Leadership. Stronger Communities

Getting started.

Candidates are usually recommended to us for endorsement through local conservative connections.  Upon receiving the form submission on our homepage, we email candidates a link to our survey questionnaire.

Review process.

We partner with a network of local conservatives to review the candidate survey and provide local endorsement recommendations.  This group consists of a conservative political candidate, conservative pastor and four in-county conservatives.  This group rotates annually.

Endorsement.

The questionnaire contains many questions not relevant to  the candidate's office.  Our evaluation process is weighted to the survey, but counterbalanced by the endorsement of local conservatives.

2026 benefits.

In the 2026 election cycle, candidates will receive a graphic of endorsement to be used on their social media, website and emails.  We'll post the endorsement on our page and Facebook and link back to the candidate.
